Commonwealth Care Alliance (CCA): Network Change Effective January 1, 2027

Longwood Eye & LASIK participates with Commonwealth Care Alliance (CCA) through Baycare Health Partners. Baycare’s contract with CCA will end on December 31, 2026. As a result, Longwood Eye & LASIK will no longer accept CCA insurance beginning January 1, 2027.

  • We will continue to see patients with CCA insurance through December 31, 2026.
  • If you have an appointment with us in 2027, we will contact you with more information.
  • If you are receiving ongoing eye treatment, please do not stop your treatment. Call CCA Member Services at the number on the back of your CCA card to find an eye care provider in CCA’s network. We will gladly send your records to your new provider.
