I never leave reviews, but I had such a good experience that I feel like I need to. I was traveling from out of town and got a very bad eye infection. I called so many ophthalmology offices and nobody would see me. I finally called Longwood Eye and LASIK. They squeezed me in because they knew I was worried about my eye. The clinic is clean and well organized. The entire staff was very professional and friendly. They have the latest equipment. Dr. Benoit is a great doctor with a wonderful bedside manner. I get very nervous about my eyes. He was very gentle and calm and reassured me everything would be okay. I’m so grateful to him and the eye center for taking care of me do I could continue my travels with no worries.

Everyone I met at Longwood was professional and personable. Dr. Cole, Dr. Neerukonda, and Dr Benoit were all fantastic. And I think Paul Benoit can slam dunk a volleyball on anyone!!

Dr. Benoit was very kind and professional. He knew exactly what was happening with my eyes and his expertise made me feel so confident in his diagnosis. The entire staff was fantastic from the front desk to check-out. I had a great experience.

I am so very very thankful for the care I received! I give them all a 20-20.

Longwood Eye & LASIK is an amazing company. On first observation, it appears as if it's a factory of sorts. The regimented processes of evaluation and people moving through the many steps of what it takes to properly evaluate eyes is time consuming...and people in the midst of it all move through the place steadily. Lots of waiting area room! I've been in the building when it's been crowded, and not so crowded, and it's very busy as if in an airport! I've seen and spoken to 6 different techs and one main doctor, Dr. Benoit, when bringing friends in for evaluation and surgeries. The techs are ALL well versed in what they need to do and relate the information of what they are doing very easily. A lot is VERY complex, but they relate it all in basic and easily understandable terms. Dr. Benoit is a champion who handles explaining critical surgery in a variety of ways and is simply SUPER to make what can be a scary process into something one can relax about. On surgery day, if you drop somebody off for surgery, don't go too far, as they will be ready very quickly, unlike a hospital where a 5am arrival and recovery time for surgeries can be a half a day! I needed to go home, 15 minutes away from the facility after a surgery drop off, and 30 minutes after I got settled the phone rang with one of the associates saying my friend was all set and ready to go home! So fast! She was very comfortable and had some precautions to deal with, but certainly nothing that seemed different than a standard medical appointment for a shot, as an example. So, it's great that the Westside Center is in the middle of the largest shopping and restaurant center around. Shop, eat, sit and read or use your phone, and pretty soon your patient will be ready to go back home! I'll be ready for cataract surgery sooner than later, and I'll be there to go through all I need to do for me instead of others, and am actually looking forward to it! What a great place right in Westside!! GREAT people make it that way.

Dr. Benoit is an amazing doctor.

This is office is amazing! My son had an injury at school and they were able to see him in the office the same day and every day after that for a week. Dr. Benoit was an absolute pleasure! He was very efficient and patient. He took the time to address my concerns and explained what to expect next. The front desk staff were also pleasant and welcoming . Thank you again to all the staff at Longwood Eye & LASIK.

As usual, very nice people at work, courteous, patient and knowledgeable. Answer all questions I have. I have seen Dr. Benoit and Dr. Cris Jacoba.

I LOVE this whole team! Great care! My very favorite provider is Dr. Benoit! Kind, gentle and funny! Believe me, I’ve seen a ton of eye drs throughout my 64 yrs of needing eye care since birth! These people are TOP NOTCH!!

I am very pleased with my visit to Eye & Lasik Center of West Springfield. The staff greeted me with a smile as soon as I walked in and took care of me when I had to make future appointments.
