It’s amazing to be able to wake up and see! This is all thanks to Longwood Eye & LASIK. My experience with Longwood Eye & LASIK has been phenomenal. Everyone that I have interacted with has been friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I was excited but nervous having corrective vision surgery, but the doctors and staff put any apprehension at ease. They were very responsive and really prepared me for the procedure. Everything that I experienced while recovering was disclosed in the pre-op visits, so I knew exactly what to expect. The entire process - the screening, the pre-op, the operation itself and the post op visits - were scheduled in advance and the staff was so organized and accommodating with the scheduling. I highly recommend Longwood Eye & LASIK and am so grateful for my new vision. I feel like a new person.

It's been 2&1/2 years since I had PRK (a form of LASIK) done to my eyes. Everyone was extremely thorough in making sure that I was a good fit for surgery by performing different tests on me. Very kind people. I did the research prior to and found that this was the most affordable place around. They are experienced. The procedure went without a hitch and was painless. Putting in eye drops was the only difficulty for me afterwards, because I've never used them. But they gave me practice drops well we before the surgery so I was well prepared after surgery. Your eyes will need some time to heal and recover after surgery. With the guidance of the people at West Springfield Eye and LASIK, they made it easy. For anyone considering improving their eyesight, I highly recommend you go there! Get checked with an open mind to see if you can get it done. I always wanted eye corrective surgery since I was a child. My horrible eyesight was a hindrance to my self confidence, ability in sports, and school. It interfered more recently with my work, doing landscaping or repairing motors. 2&1/2 years past and after the surgery was done, my eyesight has had no problems in the light, dark, near or far! I couldn't be more pleased with this life changing procedure! After the PRK procedure, I went back to college after a 10-year hiatus, and I have since been more confident in my abilities and am on my way to getting my 3rd and 4th associates degrees and going for my bachelor's in fall 2020. I had my consultation to determine if I was a suitable candidate for LASIK on Thurs, Aug 9, 2018. After the staff took the time to examine my eyes and take preliminary measurements, they deemed me to be a great candidate for LASIK. I agreed it was the best course of corrective action for my eyes. I was scheduled for pre-op eye measurements on Wed, Oct 3, 2018, and then my surgery was scheduled for Thurs, Oct 11, 2018. Dr. Warren and Dr. Walkowiak did an excellent job of explaining exactly what was going to happen before, during, and after the surgery. The cost of the surgery includes all pre and post op appointments. (4 in total: 1 before; 3 after) I had a good deal of discomfort the evening after my surgery, which was to be expected. I was able to see with crystal clear vision, albeit with moderate discomfort, the very next morning. That same morning was my first post-op appointment, when my vision was assessed at 20/15 in both eyes (prior vision was about 20/60). The two prescription drops, in addition to the tear drops, helped me have a swift recovery in both comfort and healing. I am writing this review because I am incredibly pleased with how well this experience panned out for me. I am very happy with how clear my vision is (still 20/15 as of my one-week post-op appointment); I feel like I got to hit the reset button on my vision. This was the best investment I could have made on myself. I thank the surgical services team for an all-around great experience; I would recommend the Eye & LASIK Center to anyone who is a good candidate for LASIK.

Dr. Warren is the GOAT, my LASIK went extremely well. It was painless and I had no soreness or pain after my procedure, heavily recommend! Everyone working there was very nice and I was in and out.

Great experience at the West Springfield office, from the beginning all the way through the end. The procedure was painless and my vision now is excellent. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that is considering getting LASIK.
