Longwood Eye and LASIK helped me tremendously today. I needed a prescription for glasses as mine are all scratched up, so I called yesterday and they got me in the very next day. Jasmine took me in and made me feel comfortable and at home. She was very friendly and I enjoyed her company while having my eye tests. After I saw her Dr. Provost called me in to examine my eyes after being dilated, he was very friendly and nice and I thoroughly enjoyed my visit there today. The receptionists were awesome as well and everyone was very helpful. I would recommend this eye center to anybody that wants the job done right with caring, friendly people. My eye doctor sent me to the West Springfield office for a referral appointment. The staff was very nice and patient. Dr. Lotufo was nice as always. Answered my questions about insurance and exam. Staff was considerate and thorough. I look forward to coming back. Thanks.
