Longwood Eye & LASIK is an amazing company. On first observation, it appears as if it's a factory of sorts. The regimented processes of evaluation and people moving through the many steps of what it takes to properly evaluate eyes is time consuming...and people in the midst of it all move through the place steadily. Lots of waiting area room! I've been in the building when it's been crowded, and not so crowded, and it's very busy as if in an airport! I've seen and spoken to 6 different techs and one main doctor, Dr. Benoit, when bringing friends in for evaluation and surgeries. The techs are ALL well versed in what they need to do and relate the information of what they are doing very easily. A lot is VERY complex, but they relate it all in basic and easily understandable terms. Dr. Benoit is a champion who handles explaining critical surgery in a variety of ways and is simply SUPER to make what can be a scary process into something one can relax about. On surgery day, if you drop somebody off for surgery, don't go too far, as they will be ready very quickly, unlike a hospital where a 5am arrival and recovery time for surgeries can be a half a day! I needed to go home, 15 minutes away from the facility after a surgery drop off, and 30 minutes after I got settled the phone rang with one of the associates saying my friend was all set and ready to go home! So fast! She was very comfortable and had some precautions to deal with, but certainly nothing that seemed different than a standard medical appointment for a shot, as an example. So, it's great that the Westside Center is in the middle of the largest shopping and restaurant center around. Shop, eat, sit and read or use your phone, and pretty soon your patient will be ready to go back home! I'll be ready for cataract surgery sooner than later, and I'll be there to go through all I need to do for me instead of others, and am actually looking forward to it! What a great place right in Westside!! GREAT people make it that way.

I was seen by Dr. Aaron Fay. His team and he were very thorough, professional and kind. I felt very well taken care of. All my questions were answered completely. The staff were quite knowledgeable. I left there completely satisfied and highly recommend Longwood Eye & Lasik. I was just seen more recently by Dr. Glavine. She is very kind, professional, thorough and friendly. The doctors and staff seem consistent in how they treat patients. This is reassuring and will keep me going back. I definitely recommend this office for excellent eye care and satisfaction.

Longwood Eye and Dr. Warren were amazing for my ASA eye surgery in September! Such a great experience and very informative with every step.

Dr. Cole has been wonderful! She has treated my Mom who has Parkinsons, cancer in her jaw and bells palsy. She is also in a wheel chair. Dr. Cole is patient and thorough. She was able to get the medication approved that my Mom needed for her glaucoma.

Recently, I met with my eye doctor, Dr. Thomas Maher. He is friendly, informative, helpful, and easy to talk to. We had a discussion about cataract surgery, and I felt secure with going forward with my surgery with Dr. John Warren. I had my surgeries and all went well. Dr. Warren and the staff at the Center were caring and informative. I am very satisfied with my results.

I had an eye exam with Dr. Maher and he was absolutely wonderful, thorough and extremely professional along with his Technician, Sarah who was so friendly and made me feel very comfortable.

I see Dr. Maher. Not only does he do his job well, he also has a sense of humor. He answers all my questions and then some. If your looking for someone I'd prefer Dr. Maher.

Everybody very good. I did my LASIK surgery three years ago and then I went to my routine check up recently. The staff are very good helpful and the Doctor was very good. Very kind listening very well. He checked my eyes. Very good. Taken care of me very nicely. Thank you for everyone.

When was the last time you went to an office and the people were happy to work there? This is one of those offices. The technician is the most upbeat person I’ve ever met. The examination is thorough and everything is explained. I highly recommend.
