I have been working with Dr. Howard Ying for over 2 years. This visit was the last f/u for vitrectomy. Surgery and post op healing went well. Follow up with no complications. I trust Dr. Ying 100%. We scheduled to repeat the surgery on the next eye. Dr. Ying approaches our visits with kindness, professionalism and a humanistic approach. I feel that I am being seen not just for the specific health issue with my eyes, but as a whole person. I am very happy that Dr. Warren referred me to Dr. Ying to keep an "eye" on some things with my retinas that need supervision, and to resolve floater issues.

Visit with Dr. Warren to discuss our plan and next steps. Dr. Warren is an attentive, kind, professional, surgeon. He takes time to review my involved history and brings his recommendations with complete consideration to what is medically best for the situation at hand. I really appreciate his balance of fine medical care with human understanding of the vulnerable position of the patient, as a care plan is made and followed through.

Was sent to Longwood Eye & Lasik for cataracts. Got an appointment quickly and met with Dr Warren and had a full exam. Was very pleased with the care I received. Will be having both eyes being done in October. Went in for a LASIK consultation and all the staff, from front desk, to assistants and Dr did a great job at making me feel comfortable. The Dr answered any and all questions I had, and they were even able to try and get me in for surgery the week after. I went in a month later for actual surgery and they were very patient, explained all the steps and helped me to feel so calm. They eased all anxiety I had and i was able to see as soon as I got off the table. Wish i would’ve done it sooner!

Dr. Fay and staff are awesome. Dr. Fay went over all my options and explained my upcoming cataract surgery. Very comfortable with him. He answered all my concerns. Looking forward to having procedure done.

Dr. Warren took his time to explain things to me and try to help me with a specific problem I’m having. The woman that worked with me with check out was very nice.
