I could not think of any aspect of my experience with Longwood Eye and LASIK Center from my initial eye exam to my post op visit after my second cataract removal surgery that was not five star. The positive, supportive, highly professional, knowledgeable, and extremely skilled care that I received from Dr Warren, Dr Patel, and all other Longwood Eye And LASIK staff was impressive, a very positive experience. My vision is greatly improved and I thank all of you very much!!

I researched where to get LASIK for months before I chose this place, and I’m so glad I did. I could not recommend them any more. I was SO nervous about the procedure (especially on the day of) but the entire team was so caring and informative every step of the way. They really made the whole experience amazingly smooth, quick and efficient. They clearly care about what they do. And I honestly can’t believe how affordable it was for the level of service they provide! Now that I’ve had it done, I can’t believe I didn’t get it sooner. One of the best decisions I’ve ever made!

This is the BEST eye care place I have ever been to. All the staff are extremely nice, polite and caring. I had LASIK eye surgery done and not only did they schedule everything out perfectly with my availability but every visit made me feel comfortable with my decision and even though I was very nervous the day of surgery everyone made me feel calm and relaxed during the procedure. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to everyone looking to get LASIK at such a great affordable cost with great people and even just for routine eye care because everyone here is amazing!

I couldn't be more pleased with my recent LASIK procedure at Longwood Eye and LASIK in West Springfield. The center's reputation precedes itself and I got my referral from my reputable eye doctor in a neighboring town. The evaluation process was thorough, the doctors/surgeons have decades of experience, the staff is super nice and the equipment is modern German engineered. If all of that is not enough for you, they offer the most affordable price for this complex procedure. Highly recommend to anyone who needs eyesight correction.

10/10. The team at Eye and LASIK West Springfield are super professional and make the whole experience of getting LASIK (or PRK) so simple and relaxing. They make sure to guide you through everything that is or will be done to you with their procedures and they are very patient with you. They will answer all your concerns and make sure to reassure you that you are in great hands. The facility and equipment they use is top tier, the energy inside the building is so calm. You naturally will feel safe and it will play a great part when you get your procedure done. The prices are very affordable compared to other companies and they do accept a credit based payment plan which is super convenient if you are not trying to cough up all the money at once. I just had LASIK eye surgery here and I cannot say enough about how great my experience was. My sister came here over 10 years ago for her own LASIK and had a great experience, so I knew that I wanted to also come here. They were extremely transparent and kind throughout the whole process. Even during the surgery Dr. Warren explained every single thing that was going on. Dr Walkowiak is one of the kindest and funniest people I’ve had the pleasure of meeting, he explained everything throughly and simplified the entire process. I would definitely do it all over again! This procedure definitely changed my life.

The staff at the Greenfield office are simply awesome. They exhibit extremely high levels of professionalism, caring, knowledge and efficiency. Dr. Lotufo is an excellent practitioner and I'm glad I have him for my treatments and care. He is thorough and direct and explains the issues and treatments in an understandable manner. Amazing LASIK surgery experience!! I had 20/150 vision before surgery but 20/20 the day after surgery. All the staff were kind and answered any questions throughout the process. The Dr performing the surgery talked through the procedure so I understood what was happening, how things were going and how long each step would take. The procedure was an odd experience but not painful. I was able to drive myself to the next day follow up. The worst part of recovery was the itchy eyes you can’t itch, but eye drops help a LOT and it does get better. Definitely recommend to anyone done with their glasses and on the fence about surgery!

Recently had ASA done at Longwood the whole experience from consultation to post Op has been amazing!! They’re all so Informative through the whole process and procedure!! Highly recommend them.
