The care was excellent throughout the experience from initial appointment and through follow up appointments. The surgery for cataracts was successful. I have dealt with dry eye for years and on recommendation of Dr.Glavine I am trying a prescription to treat it. Thank you Dr. Fay, for your information regarding lenses available. You are an excellent surgeon for eye cataracts and I'm sure for other eye surgeries as well.

I had my LASIK here on Thursday and couldn’t be happier. I have worked on getting over my severe phobia of eyes but when I was ready to do the surgery, this was the place. Dr. Walkowiak was so kind and thorough and answered all of my questions; he was honest and very reassuring about what to expect. His instructions for pre-surgery made me know they were looking out for me and my eye health. Dr. Warren did the surgery and was equally amazing, he told me what to expect and was a reassuring pretense throughout. The entire staff was fantastic and I never doubted like I was in good hands. I am referring them all over the place, and my only regret is that I didn’t do this sooner- but later is better than never. I can’t recommend Longwood enough.

The office has been nothing but nice to me! I received such individualized supported care and support throughout the process. All my questions were met with kindness and clarity. Never did I have to wonder what was meant. The care they gave has been truly amazing. I had such a strong prescription and I never would have guessed having corrective surgery is something I would not only qualify for but … for it to work! I see so well, it’s only been about a month, but I am constantly in awe over the progress in my vision. I urge you to check them out. Make an appointment. I assure you, you will not regret it one bit.

I recently had LASIK done in February 2022, but I wanted to wait until today’s last scheduled follow-up to post a review! My vision is 20/10 now which I was not expecting at all! Before, I could barely see a few feet in front of me without glasses/ contacts. I had the most wonderful experience from the very first consultation. On the day of the appointment, all the providers made sure I was comfortable and laughing throughout the procedure, even going as far as to giving me a stress ball (which I didn’t even know I would need, but I definitely was glad to have it). Overall, very impressed with the office flow, from check in, to seeing the provider, and even to discussing finances/ appointments. I’m planning on staying at this practice for my annual checkups in the future!

I am in my 40's and waited a long time to get LASIK done. I had worn contacts for 20 years and was happy with them, but over time they started to irritate my eyes more and more and I decided it was time. I'm an emergency physician but chose the Eye and LASIK Center in West Springfield because of the great online reviews and they were completely right! From my very first visit, everything was very professional and efficient. Over my initial (free) consultation and a pre-op visit, Dr. Walkowiak answered every one of my questions honestly and in a way that was easy to understand. On the day of the procedure, Dr. Warren made me feel completely at ease and the whole thing took maybe 10-15 minutes. It was completely painless except for maybe 10 seconds of slight discomfort on each eye. I was able to watch a movie that night and the next morning I was back to doing most of my usual activities with minimal eye irritation and PERECT VISION!! I can't recommend this group enough. I can look around now, see everything clearly with no eye irritation from contacts, and I can't believe I waited this long to get it done. Two big thumbs up and I will be recommending this group to everyone!

Above and beyond. I just had my LASIK operation in West Springfield yesterday and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The staff is extremely professional. The operation was quick with minimal discomfort (nothing more than the feeling of pressing on your eyeball). And I can see without glasses! I say above and beyond because the staff helped me buy lunch and even drove me to the nearby hotel where I was staying after the operation! The scheduling and evaluation staff in Gardner was also great and very accommodating. Thank you all so much!!!
