I saw Dr. Provost today. What a wonderful and knowledgeable eye doctor. He didn’t rush the appointment and explained everything he was doing and what he wanted to do to solve my problems and help me. It was a relief to finally find a doctor who listens and tries to work with you and help you. I hope to see him many more times.

Was sent to Longwood Eye & LASIK for cataracts. Got an appointment quickly and met with Dr Warren and had a full exam. Was very pleased with the care I received. Will be having both eyes being done in October.

The ladies who staff the Gardner office are welcoming and personable. They go out of their way to make my 100-year old Mom feel comfortable and well cared for while she's visiting this office. They laugh easily, are attentive to Mom's needs, and show professionalism in the way they perform their duties. The doctors are approachable and listen to my Mom's questions and concerns. Everyone treats her with great respect, as they do me when its my turn to visit the office. It's a great pleasure to visit this Gardner location . . . and we have never had an unpleasant visit!

Very good experience. All of the assistants who work there were very helpful and nice (especially Kathy)! Dr. Ying was my surgeon, he diagnosed my problem and performed a vitrectomy which was done at the Greenfield hospital/ Franklin Medical Ctr. The staff was wonderful, and Dr. Ying performed an excellent surgical technique to alleviate my eye floater problem. No pain! I would highly recommend DR Ying...he is very calm and patient, and not only listens extremely well, but explains himself well also.

This is office is amazing! My son had an injury at school and they were able to see him in the office the same day and every day after that for a week. Dr. Benoit was an absolute pleasure! He was very efficient and patient. He took the time to address my concerns and explained what to expect next. The front desk staff were also pleasant and welcoming .
