I am having a remarkable experience with The Eye & Lasik Center, West Springfield, MA as well as the other offices (Greenfield Ma,, Gardner, Ma). I consulted with Dr. Warren regarding cataract surgery, and have since had my right eye "fixed." I am a believer (as he would say). The procedure was painless and the results astounding. Dr. Patel has performed my follow up visits and she is quite remarkable. There are so many folks to mention, such as Tracy and Olivia and Dr. Walkowiak. These folks are kind, professional, and very willing to spend time talking about the procedures, what to expect, and any aspect of the cataract surgery process. They respond quickly to phone calls and are always available. All the helpful staff at Eye & LASIK Center made my laser surgery a great one. My husband had his surgery seven years ago and has always told me I should have it done. I have got to say, I was a little afraid of the”surgery” aspect of it and put it off. Now that I’ve had the correction done, I ask myself why I waited so long. Since I had high astigmatism, I decided to go with the Toric lens implants. The procedure exceeded all my expectations. I am now able to drive and watch TV without glasses. My recommendation is not to put off the surgery, get it done. You will be so happy with the results!
