So far Dr Warren is Great & very friendly. Had my Cataract & Lasik surgery yesterday. Feel great it was easy no pain and out within a couple hrs. Having my right in 2 weeks. Hopefully everything goes well and no glasses. The staff in the back & surgical team are so nice.

The office staff were very efficient and pleasant. Dr. Fay was right on time. Gave me my Botox injections around my eyes. He was very gentle. I barely felt it. That is why I travel an hour to Fitchburg for these very important treatments.
