Very friendly and helpful staff. Reasonably flexible scheduling that I found exceeded other local centers. Dr. Glavine is very knowledgeable, patient, and always takes the time to answer any questions I have. While I live about 25 miles away from the Fitchburg office, I find it very convenient that they also have offices in Gardner and Greenfield. Would highly recommend to others.

I got a laser eye procedure (ASA) and had great results! I mostly dealt with Dr. Walkowiak who was very kind and informative, he told me ASA would be a better choice than LASIK in my case, and I trusted that he would have said if I was not a suitable candidate. Dr. Warren did the procedure which was very quick with minimal discomfort, maybe 20 minute max. The first two weeks of recovery were pretty hard. I had blurry vision and needed to use a lot of eye drops, but they told me all of this before so I was prepared. It was about a month when my vision stabilized to what it was like when I had glasses, but I was comfortable driving maybe 10 days later. My glasses prescription was -5.00; it's been about 3 months since the surgery and my vision is 20/20 now. If you want your vision corrected, go get a consultation to see if you're a good candidate, I would totally do it again.

This facility is top notch for retinal care. From the receptionist to the techs all are friendly and very professional. The Dr's. are top notch and have been a patient there for over 2 years. I am very happy.
