I've been going to this practice for a number of years. I've had both cataracts done as well as a very delicate surgery on my left retina performed by Dr. Ying. Dr. Spatcher gives very thorough routine eye exams and the folks at the front office are always very pleasant. As long as they keep up the good work I won't go anywhere else for my eye care needs.

I’ve found them all to be exceptional providers, always patient and kind as they inform me of my necessary medical care and answer all my questions. Had LASIK done here a week ago, so it’s an early review of course. But I can say the staff at Longwood are all fantastic - Dr Walkowiak did all my pre and post op care, and Dr Warren performed the procedure. Both have been wonderful to work with, and I couldn’t be more happy with my results so far. The procedure was painless and extremely quick - I think I was in the room for less than 10 minutes. My eyes were a little uncomfortable afterwards but took a nap (which accidentally ended up being a 4 hour nap). When I woke up, I felt totally fine, and I could see clearly, even through the plastic eye covers. One week down the line and my vision is better than 20/20, with the expectation that it’ll only continue to improve over the next month or so. Also a quick note about some of the 1 star reviews, it seems like at least a few of those are actually people trying to review the practice next door (which shares the building and lobby space), not Longwood Eye and LASIK Center. — Quick update about a year post-op, couldn’t be happier with how it turned out! Didn’t have any complications and my vision has stayed great - huge thanks to Dr Walkowiak and Dr Warren!

I’m I am never disappointed in my treatment at Longwood Eye and LASIK Center. Dr. Ying is a superb doctor and carried me through the years when Covid was raging when many doctors close their shops. People who work with them are always polite, helpful and do their best to accommodate my needs a long way for my macular degeneration shots, and Dr. Ying has kept my left eye in perfect condition, actually increased eyesight somewhat, and has helped me maintained some vision in an eye that was quite visually impaired to begin with so I could not be happier.

The staff (people behind the counter) are always pleasant and helpful. Dr. Warren, Dr. Lotufo, and Dr. Ying have been so very helpful in teaching me how to manage my glaucoma medication and reassuring me about the healthy status of my macula. I always feel comfortable and well cared for, and my questions get complete and helpful answers. Since Dr. Warren did my cataract surgery I have the best, clearest vision I have ever had in my whole life and I am so grateful to receive all this wonderful care (and effective prescriptions) through my health insurance without having to manage all the paperwork myself. These people are the best, I can't recommend them highly enough!
