This Lasik surgery was an unbelievable experience and with an awesome outcome. I could now see 20/20. Amazing!!! Everyone was so helpful and informative. Incredibly good service, the best price around, my eyes are feeling great 3 months post op, even a little better than 20/20! The consultations were free, and all of the pre and post op sessions were included in the price, as well as medication prescriptions, truly the best example of medical care I may have ever seen. I was informed of everything early on, all my questions were answered and more plenty of time before the actual surgery, I felt very safe. Also, the surgery itself was way calmer than I thought, Dr Warren and his crew were friendly, efficient, and incredibly competent. Great choice of Pandora playlist as well.

He performed my surgery three months ago, and thank God it's been a super success. I guarantee you he's always attentive and professional.

Dr. Lotufo was thorough and explained everything. Visit was relatively quick. Hardly any wait time (early am appt, the best). Under Dr. Lotufo's guidance, I am having positive results.

From the beginning until the end of my experience with PRK surgery, I found the office to be very organized, accessible, and extremely helpful in leading me through every step of the process. I went into the surgery knowing what to expect and was talked through the whole process which made it a very easy. Most importantly, I can now function in my day-to-day life without the need for distance glasses or contacts. I also shopped around a bit prior to landing with Dr. Warren. This was the only office that I felt comfortable in and who I trusted with my eyesight. Ironically, of the offices I visited, Dr. Warren was also the least expensive. I would recommend him again and again.

I needed to be seen same day for an urgent eye condition. Staff accommodated me same day! Very welcoming. Clean office. Ashley, the doctor’s technician/asst., did a great job, very reassuring & calming. Dr. Chhaya has excellent professional manners, answered all my questions, was very patient with me. He told me all about my eyes, treatment on my condition, what to watch for. Also plans to CC my visit to my optometrist. But the only thing missing is his exact medical diagnosis even though we talked about allergies. So I gather is it allergic blepharitis (swollen eyelids from allergies). I forgot to ask him but I was not feeling well.

I had LASIK done and was a bit nervous when I arrived. I was educated about the procedure before hand, and felt really comfortable by the time I laid down to have it done. I enjoyed the music, and excellent communication between Dr. And staff. I had full confidence in their abilities. After my procedure I could see! well, mostly through the protective shields and sun glasses. The following morning, I drove to my appointment and was told I had 20/15 vison. Truly a life changing experience! If you have been on the fence about having LASIK, I highly recommend the Longwood Eye & LASIK team.
