Dr. Vamsee Neerukonda was awesome!

For the short time I've been a patient at Longwood I have to say that I feel very well taken care of. From the receptionist, to the med assistants and right on over to Dr. Lotufo. He takes his time with me, takes all my questions very seriously and never makes me feel like I need to rush through my appt. Everyone from the front desk to the testing technicians were very friendly and explained the tests performed. Dr. Chhaya made me feel comfortable explaining why I needed surgery and what to expect.

I was on the fence about getting LASIK. I have sensitive eyes and was anxious. At the consultation everyone was incredible. I felt completely at ease and booked the LASIK procedure for the same week. On the day of the procedure all of the staff were amazing. They talk you through everything, they give you encouraging words, and make you feel at ease. I have zero regrets and am so happy with the results. I am so thankful I chose them, Longwood Eye and LASIK. I went to the West Springfield location. I am not one to write reviews but felt the need to write one for this because my experience was so positive.

I loved the place! ( West Springfield, MA). My eye technician Ashley was simply superb. Kind, caring, detailed. My doctor, Dr. Jacoba, was also similar and efficient.

He made me feel very comfortable as he explained my treatment and possible procedures that would be addressed during my 3 week follow up appointment. All my questions and concerns were answered.
