I loved the place! ( West Springfield, MA). My eye technician Ashley was simply superb. Kind, caring, detailed. My doctor, Dr. Jacoba, was also similar and efficient.

I have been working with Dr. Howard Ying for over 2 years. This visit was the last f/u for vitrectomy. Surgery and post op healing went well. Follow up with no complications. I trust Dr. Ying 100%. We scheduled to repeat the surgery on the next eye. Dr. Ying approaches our visits with kindness, professionalism and a humanistic approach. I feel that I am being seen not just for the specific health issue with my eyes, but as a whole person. I am very happy that I was referred to Dr. Ying to support me with some things with my retinas that need supervision, and to resolve floater issues.

Everyone from the front desk to the testing technicians were very friendly and explained the tests performed. Dr. Chhaya made me feel comfortable explaining why I needed surgery and what to expect.

Office staff was courteous, helpful and able to get me appointment quickly. Dr. Chhaya was thorough and spent a lot of time to assist me with my concerns.

I was very happy with my experience here and would highly recommend anyone interested in LASIK to have it done here. The doctors were great and walked me through all my questions. I had ASA LASIK surgery on both eyes early this year. The ASA procedure was recommended instead of the flap procedure as my cornea was a bit thin and this removed any healing complications. The procedure was painless and very fast. The first day everything was great. I could see fairly well leaving the office. The vision got better of the next few days and aside from some light sensitivity, I had very little pain. It's been 4 months since the procedure and I'm very happy with the results, my vision is the same as it was with glasses and I wish I had gotten this done sooner. My only advice for those thinking about getting ASA/PRK is to be patient with the results, it took a good month and a half before everything became normalized and has gotten better every day since. Best way i can describe it, at least for me was you can see but everything is a bit blurry/dull like your glasses needed to be cleaned.

Excellent center and Dr. Neerukonda is the best. Very encouraging and thorough and very patient. Explains everything so well.

I was referred to see Dr. Neerukonda for an internal stye. He made me feel very comfortable as he explained my treatment and possible procedures that would be addressed during my 3 week follow up appointment. All my questions and concerns were answered. The staff at this facility were very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend Longwood Eye and LASIK.

Dr Cole was terrific. She took time and explained all my issues and answered all my questions. The technicians were very skilled and courteous. Very good experience.

Been here twice both times I’ve been very happy with my experience. Staff is very friendly and I saw Kristin Glavine and she was awesome very friendly and answered any question I had. I hope 🤞 I get her again at my next appointment.
